Prizes:
1. Top prize of $5,000 ¡V to qualify to win this top prize,
contestants must loss at least 40 lbs in 8 weeks. The
winner will be the one that loses the most weight in 8
weeks.
2. 2nd prize of $1,000 ¡V given to contestant that loses
the second most weight
3. Three 3rd prizes of $500 each ¡V given to 3 contestants
that lose the most weight after the second winner.
Terms and Conditions:
1. All customers that purchase Blue Genius from February
15 to March 15, 2005 either by phone, on-line or through
retail stores.
2. Customers that return the products during the contest
period will not be qualified to participate in the contest.
3. All winners agree to have their pictures taken
and model release signed to allow Magna-1 USA to use
their pictures in all forms of promotional media.
4. All winners agree to do an interview and allow
Magna-1 USA to use the interviews in all forms of promotional
media. Magna-1 USA will reimburse the travel expenses.
